====== Beginning of the Year Dialogue (DGV) ======

The start-of-year dialogue is imported with the annual Pcc update certified by the DGV intranet. 

The dialogue appears after the update has been installed, as soon as you have logged into Pcc, i.e. after the restart. Please work through the points step by step from top to bottom.

As soon as an item has been processed, the word **open** changes to **done**.

===== Check club address =====

Please check your address, club number and contact details here.

===== Check club personal data =====

Update and complete all persons who have a function in the club here.

===== Internet connection type =====

To ensure optimal data transfer, please select here whether you have an ISDN or DSL Internet connection.

===== Check DGV ID for members =====

With this function you check the DGV-IDs of your members and obtain a DGV-ID for new members as well.

:!: If __does not__ successfully check the players, you can press the button **// Print list//** and print out the faulty members:

In the printout you will see the error message under **// result//** . Please correct these messages very conscientiously and upload again. 

===== Transfer all members again =====

To ensure that all entries and withdrawals are also taken into account in the intranet, use this function to re-upload all members into the intranet.

At the moment, the following data for members are transferred in accordance with the DGV intranet specifications (as far as they are recorded locally):

  * Membership number
  * Salutation
  * title
  * first name
  * Surname
  * Name affix
  * Gender
  * Age group
  * Date of birth
  * Country code
  * POSTCODE
  * Home club (if second member)
  * Membership number in this home club
  * DGV ID
  * Function in the club
  * Country and postcode of residence
  * Playing rights (unrestricted, restricted, no playing rights)
  * Validity of membership from... to...
  * Handicap
  * Handicap lock (if activated)

===== Get current club data from the intranet database =====

With this function you can load the addresses and contact persons (if the club has stored them in the intranet) of the German, Swiss and Austrian clubs.

===== Start intranet connection =====

To finally transfer the data to the intranet, the intranet connection must be started.

===== I am finished with all points =====

;-) When you have completed the items ____ , finally click on the button **// I am finished with all items.//** The window is no longer visible. 

===== Cancel for now and work through at the next start =====

The dialogue **// Intranet update//** appears until all items have been completed.
