You can access this function under **//Accounts/Year End/Year End//**. Pay particular attention in what the account area you are. 

:!: Basically, this function is the "precursor" of the automatic contribution rules. The newest Pcc versions support booking an article to a person corresponding to the __current status__ of the person, thanks to the automatic assignment of contribution. This means considerable time savings: [[en:umsaetze:beitragszuordnung:beitragszuordnung|]].  

In contrast, all articles with yearly status are book __exactly__ as in the past year if you book with accounts update. Any changes of membership would have to be manually processed. The __check-mark__ at (2) causes this.
