PC CADDIE is compatible with the following Windows Client versions:

• Windows 8 and 8.1 (32 or 64 Bit, Professional or higher versions are recommended)
• Windows 10 (32 or 64 Bit, Professional or higher versions are recommended)

PC CADDIE is compatible with the following Windows Server versions:

• Windows Server 2012 (32 or 64 Bit)
• Windows Server 2012 R2 (32 or 64 Bit)
• Windows Server 2016
• Windows Server 2019

The installation of Advantage Database Servers from Sybase® is mandatory for Terminal Server Environments (for example, Citrix). The installation of the ADS requires system administrator rights and should be performed by your network technician.

The installation of Advantage Database Servers from Sybase® is necessary if there are more than five PC CADDIE applications (including all user + online applications (Card server, PC CADDIE://online Tee time Service)).

2. Other important information

If you install access to PC CADDIE via the web browser on a Windows 2008 to 2019 (additional software application), make sure that:

• the RDS or Terminal Services roles and the RDS Terminal Services license role are not installed before you install the application
• Windows 10 Home Edition is not supported
• A maximum of 15 sessions are allowed on Windows Server 2016 (with RemoteApp Mode)
• Windows Server 2019 Essentials Edition does not support RemoteApp Mode
• When installing on W10 Pro systems: do not use them as workstations for local users, this may cause problems.
