According to the WHS, one can freeze the Hcp index (until a certain fixed date). If you select a „frozen status“ and leave the date blank, the date will automatically be dated „in one year“.
Basically, the „frozen“ status should freeze the Hcp completely - „frozen up“ preventing a further increase „frozen down“ preventing the Hcp from decreasing.
