With the hotel interface it is possible to book invoices on a hotel room. You will receive in the cash register an additional button Hotel, which allows you to select the hotel guests and transfer the booking. This is an additional module of PC CADDIE. The hotel bookings interface can also transfer all cash bookings, thus becoming an export in Fidelio.

After the hotel interface has been installed and the hotel-cardserver has been started, you can book the room with function key (F9) into the cash desk. PC CADDIE suggests the current hotel guests. The open invoice can then be posted to one of these persons.

HINT: The data traffic between PC CADDIE and the hotel software can be checked via the posting protocol of the interface. The posting can be found in the configuration of the hotel interface under the menu item „Functions“.
